Definition of processing
Under Art. 4 para. 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), "processing" means any operation or set of operations performed on personal data, whether or not by automated means. This includes collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure, alignment, restriction, erasure, or destruction.

The provider does not collect or process personal data in any way. All data is stored only on the user's private devices and in the user's personal iCloud account.
IV. Duration of processing
Personal data is deleted once it is no longer required for the purposes described above.

Users whose personal data is processed while using the app have the following rights, provided the requirements of the respective GDPR provisions are met:
- Right of access to the scope of processed personal data (Art. 15 GDPR)
- Right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete personal data (Art. 16 GDPR)
- Right to erasure of stored personal data (Art. 17 GDPR)
- Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR)

Withdrawal
The user has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time. To exercise this right, please contact the provider.
Consequences of withdrawal and exercising rights
If the user withdraws consent to the processing of personal data or exercises a corresponding right, the services offered through the app may no longer be provided. In that case, all user data will be deleted irrevocably. Continued use of the app is then only possible after creating the data again.
