Terms of Use for the Keezaa App
The Keezaa application is software provided by Benjamin Rudhart as an iPhone and Apple Watch app for private end customers in the health and training context.
1. Provider and scope

These terms and conditions apply to every private customer using the app.
2. Offer and conclusion of contract
- The app is offered both with and without a subscription. Without a subscription, the user can only use limited parts of the app.
- Full use of the offered services requires the conclusion or purchase of a subscription.
- The contractual relationship between the provider and the user is based on the user's consent in the App Store.
- As soon as an active subscription exists, the user receives access to the specific service package provided.
3. Services / subject matter of the contract
The provider makes a digital application available that enables the user to record and plan training sessions, complete them in a structured way, and review them in a history at any time.
Personal training data is stored locally on the user's devices and in the user's personal iCloud.
4. User requirements
- The app may only be used for the purpose intended by the provider.
- The user is responsible for the hardware required to use the app and for keeping it operational.
- The user undertakes to install software updates promptly once they become available.
5. Availability
- For as long as the app is provided, the provider will endeavor to maintain the app's functionality.
- The provider is entitled to make changes to the app at any time.
- Continuous availability of the app cannot be guaranteed, especially during bug fixes, updates, and maintenance work.
- The provider is not responsible for outages or inaccessibility of the app not caused by the provider.
6. Preservation of content
After a subscription ends, the user can no longer complete additional workouts or add them to the workout history. Content is stored exclusively on the user's own devices and in the user's personal iCloud.
7. Prices / payment terms
- Payments are handled in the App Store via the user's account. The provider reserves the right to change prices at any time.
- Refunds of payments already made by the provider are excluded. The general terms and conditions of the store provider apply in this respect.
8. Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal, its consequences, exclusions, and expiration are governed by the general terms and conditions of the store provider.
9. Warranty / exclusion of liability
- Defects subject to warranty will be remedied at the provider's discretion. A price reduction is excluded.
- Partial data loss will be avoided where possible, but cannot be ruled out entirely. No liability can be assumed for this.
- The provider's liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
